1. Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. After cancellation, subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. Partial or prorated refunds are not provided for unused time.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if account usage has remained limited. Refund eligibility may consider account activity, training progress, video watch time, resource access, login history, and completion status. Accounts showing substantial usage may become ineligible for refunds.

Lifetime Memberships

Lifetime memberships provide immediate long-term access to protected digital training materials and platform resources. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase and may be limited if significant platform usage has occurred. Lifetime membership refund requests are subject to manual review.

2. Ad-Free Memberships

Ad-free memberships follow the same billing and cancellation terms as standard subscriptions. You may cancel at any time before renewal. No prorated refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.

3. Digital Products and Downloadable Purchases

Certain products may include eBooks, PDF guides, aviation checklists, templates, downloadable training materials, and other digital downloads. Because downloadable digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, these products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions may be considered for duplicate purchases, corrupted files, failed delivery, or technical access issues that cannot be resolved.

4. Protected Online Training Content

Many training materials are provided through protected online streaming or account-based access and are not downloadable. Refund eligibility for protected training content may be evaluated based on content accessed, platform activity, completion progress, viewing history, and resource usage.

5. Physical Products

Physical merchandise and shipped products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery if the item is unused, remains in original condition, and original packaging is included when applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, the wrong item was shipped, or the item is defective.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable.

7. Automated Refund and Return Processing

AviationTrainingExperts.com may use automated systems to evaluate refund and return eligibility. These systems may consider purchase date, account usage, download history, course progress, billing history, and prior refund activity. Some requests may require manual review.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks or abusive refund activity may result in account suspension, access termination, refund denial, or restriction from future purchases.

9. Account Sharing

Subscriptions and training access are intended for individual use only. Account sharing, resale, credential distribution, or unauthorized access may result in account suspension, membership termination, and loss of refund eligibility.
